This policy explains what information John Jesensky Live collects through johnjesenskylive.com, why, and who receives it.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you type. The form is delivered by the CalTech Web forms service (forms.caltechweb.com), which sends the message by email to the CalTech Web team that maintains this site, who pass enquiries on to John Jesensky. We use what you send only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile receives technical information from your browser to make that decision, and Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and whether the contact form is submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and information about your device and visit. We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt out browser add on.

Videos

One news article embeds a video from YouTube. Loading a YouTube video connects your browser to Google, which may set cookies and collect usage information under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show advertising on this site and we do not use the information you send us for marketing to people other than yourself.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, send a message through the contact form and say what you would like us to do.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
